About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ezoic, you’ll be the key first point of contact and critical to business growth – identifying, qualifying, and starting conversations with digital publishers generating over $5,000/monthly recurring revenue (MRR)

This isn’t a call-center role. It’s a strategic, relationship-focused position where thoughtful outreach, curiosity, and relationship-building matter most. You’ll develop foundational sales skills, work directly with leadership, and learn what it takes to close large-scale deals – all with mentoring and support every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and research leads using in-house AI tools, CRM data, and creative self-sourcing methods
  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach via email, social, and LinkedIn
  • Engage in consultative discovery conversations with digital publishers
  • Qualify leads based on their goals, needs, and revenue potential
  • Collaborate with BDMs to pass along Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), shadowing client calls and demos
  • Take ownership of your metrics and follow-up strategy - from pipeline quality to conversion impact
What You Won’t Do
  • Chase low-value opportunities just to hit a number
  • Operate in isolation - you’ll collaborate closely with BDMs, leadership and cross-functional teams daily to grow fast
