Flourish in Reading is hiring a Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline for the wider sales team. You’ll engage prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn, speaking with decision makers to understand needs and book meetings for senior colleagues.

No prior sales experience is required as we provide structured training and ongoing development to boost your confidence in B2B sales and fintech/AI knowledge. This is a great path to AE/BDM roles.

Are you confident, ambitious and motivated by targets?

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join an exciting fintech business based in Reading. No previous sales experience is required, as you’ll receive structured training and ongoing development to give you the skills and confidence to succeed in B2B sales.

The Role

As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers and building a strong pipeline for the wider sales team.

• Reaching out to prospective businesses through phone, email and LinkedIn
• Speaking confidently with decision makers and understanding their business needs
• Generating qualified opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
• Working towards clear activity and revenue targetsDeveloping your knowledge of fintech, technology and AI
• Building the commercial skills needed to progress into Account Executive or Business Development Manager positions
