Jot Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Hull or Warrington

Department: Sales

Reports To: Business Head of Growth

They're on the hunt for an ambitious, driven SDR to introduce businesses to SaaS technology that’s tailored to simplify the demands of business work life.

You’ll need to be a self-starter, passionate, driven and determined to succeed and very target focused!

Our client has offices across Europe, with 11 companies in their group. They are growing and going from strength to strength.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify potential opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Book discovery meetings and demos for the team
  • Research target accounts to understand their business needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaign feedback
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track key metrics
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 year of experience in a similar SDR or sales-focused role
  • Ideal candidate will have a b2b SaaS background, ideally aligned to trades and / or engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
  • Confident with cold outreach and rejection
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot and Apollo) is a plus
