The role involves conducting outreach, booking qualified meetings, and supporting Account Managers. The Role

The SDR engages with existing global service providers and resellers to uncover growth and upsell opportunities. Working with Account Managers, SDRs contact accounts across 100+ service providers and 400+ resellers, arranging qualified meetings and drive adoption of company solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured outreach across the long tail customer base.
  • Book qualified meetings for Associate Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
  • Achieve monthly targets for meetings and opportunities.
  • Re-engage underperforming or inactive accounts.
  • Support Account Managers with background research.
  • Follow up on partner campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on partner needs or objections.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience in channel related outbound calling or lead generation (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised and proactive, managing high activity levels.
  • Target-driven and goal-oriented.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Collaborative team player
