Role Overview

This is an outbound sales role. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and setting up meetings for the account executive team. Success means bringing in new customers directly through your own outreach, building strong relationships with prospects, and consistently meeting sales quotas.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospecting & Cold Outreach: Identify and contact target accounts through phone, email, and social outreach (cold calling is a primary activity).
  • Qualify Needs: Quickly assess a prospect’s business challenges and identify opportunities where ThreeColts adds value.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage your own pipeline from first touch to signed contract.
  • CRM Hygiene: Keep all prospect interactions and deal stages updated in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
  • Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed quotas for outbound activities, meetings booked, and closed revenue.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales (cold calling required).
  • Confidence and resilience when reaching out to cold leads.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-starter mindset — comfortable building your own pipeline and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer pain points and pitch tailored solutions.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Nice to Have
  • SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce sales experience.
  • Experience selling into Amazon sellers, marketplace brands, or e-commerce businesses.

  • Meetings consistently generated from outbound efforts.
