Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified new business opportunities by identifying and engaging decision-makers within target accounts. Acting as the first point of commercial contact, the SDR builds top-of-funnel pipeline to support the Business Development team. Using a clearly defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), the SDR converts interest into opportunity by booking meetings through insight-led, multi-channel outreach—directly contributing to ARR growth and the overall Go-to-Market strategy.
