A marketing agency in Leeds is looking for Sales Development Representatives to engage prospects and manage leads with full training provided. This role offers a base salary of £21,000 - £23,000 and an uncapped commission package with OTE of £25,000. Due to the rapid growth & expansion of our campaigns, we are currently looking for several enthusiastic, highly motivated, and collaborative individuals to join our riverside contact centre in Leeds!
You will be responsible for making initial enquiries, follow up calls and investigatory work to businesses whilst representing our client. Whilst doing this, you will ensure that you are friendly, compliant, and efficient.
Full training is provided so you can become an expert of the campaign. This training extends out of the classroom with ongoing support from our Learning and Development Team and Management Team.
In response to this, if targets are met – you will be rewarded with a generous, realistic, and uncapped commission structure.
We also support career progression with development into Senior Representative, Coaching and Management Roles being available.

We are based in a contact centre directly in Leeds City Centre so commuting in is very easy on public transport links (we are less than 5 minutes from Leeds City Centre!).
