Once settled, you will have the flexibility to work 2 days per week from home as part of a hybrid set‑up.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of creating new business opportunities for a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be to understand each client’s ideal customer, generate high‑quality leads and build strong relationships that turn into real opportunities.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Carry out market research to identify target sectors, companies and key decision makers
- Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate qualified leads
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for multiple clients
- Book and qualify meetings with potential customers for your clients
- Nurture relationships with prospects over time and keep them warm
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging, targeting and strategy
- Track activity and results using CRM and sales tools, reporting on performance and insights
- Provide feedback to clients on what’s working in the market and where opportunities are
About You
You don’t need decades of experience; mindset, drive and curiosity matter just as much.
- Have proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation or Sales
- Are confident speaking with decision makers over the phone, on video and in person
- Enjoy researching markets and spotting opportunities
- Are organised and comfortable managing a busy pipeline across multiple clients
- Can develop and follow effective business development strategies
- Have strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Are comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Can work independently and enjoy being part of a small, collaborative team
- Experience in a sales or marketing agency environment is a bonus
