Job Position: Sales Development Representative (French Speaking)

Location: London (Hybrid, in office 2 days per week)

Responsibilities
  • Generate sales leads; assist with sales prospecting on the phone to schedule appointments for Account Executives in your region.
  • Implement lead generation programs as they are developed by the Restaurant Marketing team.
  • Craft and distribute sales messages to restaurant prospects using traditional mailings and targeted email marketing.
  • Provide general sales support to sales teams; ensure lead hand‑offs to Account Executives are successful and exceed customer expectations. Respond to requests from prospects for additional product information.
  • Keep management advised of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
  • Some travel is required for training, market research and sales initiatives, as well as organizing, preparing for and attending regional trade shows.
Qualifications
  • Speak fluent French to a native level proficiency. (Italian language skills are highly desirable too, but not essential for the role).
  • Successful telesales or call‑center track record with a track record of exceeding objectives.
  • Customer‑first mentality with an ability to nurture trust and confidence with customers.
  • Ability to understand and resolve current and future business needs, often going above and beyond to supervise customer happiness.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: soliciting and applying feedback, building and maintaining positive relations.
