The Role

We\'re on the hunt for a proactive and adept Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is essential in shaping our first impressions and laying down the foundation for successful, long‑term relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Swiftly handle and assist with inbound enquiries via telephone, live chat, and email.
  • Conduct thorough screening processes for new enquiries, ensuring optimal alignment with our services.
  • Facilitate qualification meetings with potential clients to better understand their needs.
  • Profile target accounts meticulously to gain insights into prospective businesses.
  • Drive Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) outreach for targeted accounts.
  • Organise GAP analysis meetings with ABM target accounts.
  • Create opportunities to sell our pre‑manufacturing services.
  • Propose and close deals pertaining to our pre‑manufacturing services.
Performance Expectations
  • Maintain an average response time of 20 minutes or less for all enquiries.
  • Organise a minimum of 3 ABM GAP analysis and 3 inbound enquiry qualification calls per week.
  • Achieve a minimum of £20,000 in pre‑manufacturing service sales monthly.

Compensation
