Responsibilities
  • Use effective customer account management techniques with a planned approach to present and negotiate a compelling commercial offering that delivers the sustainable profit ambition for the territory
  • At the territory level accountable for the delivery of the Free Trade Sales strategy with a preference for own brewed products
  • Backed up by the range of products and services available apply creative market-leading methods to support existing customers and acquire new business accounts that deliver trading profit and volume targets
  • Effective use of joint business partnerships (JBPs) that maximises the opportunity for distribution targets with our key suppliers
  • Create a planned approach to the management of the territory to release full competitive advantage of the promotional activity campaigns from the marketing teams
  • Balance the customer requirements with our exposure to risk by providing financial support to Free Trade accounts via Greene King loans of upto 750k that underpin delivery of OBV targets
  • Through partnering to understand the customer requirements continuously improve the relationship with current and prospective accounts to make Greene King a trusted go‑to partner driving sales and delivery of territory targets
