Job description

OutThere is supporting the recruitment of a Sales Developer based in Fareham.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Telephoning prospects to promote the company’s services and products
  2. Following up and qualifying leads from the CRM system
  3. Explaining the products and services offered, delivering a scripted sales pitch
  4. Gathering information and verifying details
  5. Answering product-related customer questions
  6. Ensuring the CRM database is updated and managed
  7. Supporting the sales team with following up leads
  8. Supporting the End Customer Team with prospects
  9. Contributing to the BDM planner for appointments

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a telemarketing role is essential
  • Positive and engaging manner
  • Able to be inquisitive, proactive, and consultative over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills and confident talking on the phone
  • Previous experience using CRM systems
  • IT literate, including MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • Confident speaking to a variety of decision-makers
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Strong customer focus with a high standard of service and attention to detail
