Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance frameworks is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills including supporting and presenting to Leadership Teams.
  • Demonstrable track record in enterprise (B2B) enablement and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Salesforce Data and Sales Support ticket quality.
  • Create and rollout the Quality Assurance framework.
  • Ensure ticket response quality and data integrity.
  • Identify quality improvement trends.
  • Support delivery against KPIs based on established metrics.
