A leading media company in the UK seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the sales process. Responsibilities include managing offers, preparing deal documentation, and coordinating with internal teams. Ideal candidates are passionate about the entertainment industry, organized, and experienced in sales support with proficiency in CRM systems. Multilingual skills are a plus. Our Client is a globally recognised media company specialising in the creation and distribution of premium factual and scripted content.
With a catalogue of over 7,500 hours of programming and partnerships spanning the UK, US and Canada, they rank among the top distributors in the UK. They work with major broadcasters, streamers, FAST channels and production partners.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process, managing offers and sales activity, preparing deal documentation, coordinate with internal teams and ensure deals are delivered efficiently from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
You should be passionate about the TV and entertainment industry, with experience in a fast-paced sales or distribution environment. It is important you have relevant experience in sales support and are confident using NetSuite or similar CRM systems. Being proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a good understanding of rights and sales processes is essential.
Being highly organised and detail-oriented as well as managing multiple deadlines with ease is beneficial. Experience handling sales agreements is key.
Knowledge of French, German, Spanish, or Italian is an asset.
