The opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator (Internally known as Sales and Trading Executive) to join our team and help deliver a reliable, responsive experience for our customers. You’ll manage orders, returns, and quotes with care and accuracy, while building strong relationships that support long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively, and making things run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full customer journey, from initial contact to post-sale support

  • Checking product availability and securing competitive pricing

  • Creating accurate quotes that meet company guidelines

  • Following up on leads, exchanges, and loans to convert opportunities into sales

  • Keeping customers and internal teams informed throughout the process

  • Building supplier relationships to ensure availability and fair terms

  • Using sales systems to manage orders and updates in real time

  • Supporting payment processing and resolving billing queries

  • Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts

  • Working towards team and individual sales targets
