Sales Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will support the full sales cycle — from customer engagement to order processing — while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, operational accuracy, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

What will you be doing?
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, including regular on‑site visits.
  • Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to emails, calls, and enquiries.
  • Provide professional, solution‑focused support to customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Raise new sales orders, check stock availability, and manage the order lifecycle through to dispatch.
  • Liaise regularly with internal teams – including Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse – to resolve stock, supply, and delivery issues.
  • Manage the orderbook, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and full visibility of upcoming customer demand.
  • Process monthly consumption data and create customer forecasts; review parts performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly KPIs, customer presentations, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Process sales quotations accurately and within given timelines.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information, email tags, forecast data, trip reports, and presentation materials.
