Job description

Allen Motor Group is recruiting a Sales Controller to join and work with our Ford dealership in Northampton. The role involves guiding customers through the purchasing process, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided. This is a full‑time, permanent position based five days a week, with a base salary of £30,615 and an on‑target earnings of £50,615.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
  • A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals.
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
  • A drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
  • Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards
  • Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
  • Carrying out part exchange appraisals
