Job description

Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Sales Controller to join and work with our Ford dealership in Northampton, to guide customers through the purchasing process, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided. This is offered on a full time 5 day a week, permanent basis, with a basic salary of £30,615 and an OTE of £50,615 reporting to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
  • A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals.
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
  • A drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Full UK driving licence
