Our client is a franchised dealership seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives, providing support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability. You will be primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s.
You should be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions to maximize sales profitability and oversee the enquiry management process. Promoting a professional image of the dealership and maintaining customer satisfaction standards are essential.
You will maintain accurate records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular performance reviews against targets. Involvement in vehicle part-exchange appraisals, valuations, controlling, and sales deals is also required.
