Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Consultant to join us at the John Lewis, Leeds counter. This is a part-time opportunity, working 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
  • Use a personalized selling approach and manage the customer journey from start to finish.
  • Deliver sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
  • Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • High standard of personal grooming and a passion for luxury; ability to champion brand values.
  • Ability to work well in a team, drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs.
  • Flexible in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
