Job summary

adidas Mansfield is seeking a confident, experienced Senior Sales Associate to elevate our consumer experience and drive results on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, share product knowledge, mentor teammates, and deliver premium service while achieving KPIs. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods, with a competitive hourly wage and employee discount.

Qualifications

• Confident, experienced, and customer-obsessed with a passion for sport and fashion.
• Minimum 6 months management experience in sports or fashion retail (advanced selling experience preferred).
• Experienced in retail with strong selling skills and product knowledge.
• Proactive, team-oriented and able to mentor colleagues on service and selling skills.

• Drive store sales and KPI performance by taking ownership of your targets and delivering results
• Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and premium brand experience
• Inspire consumer loyalty by delivering expert product knowledge and advanced selling techniques
• Support and guide team members in complex customer situations and service excellence
• Share knowledge and help develop colleagues on product, service, and selling skills

• Execute all store operations to a high standard, including replenishment and stock availability
• Ensure visual merchandising and in-store standards are consistently maintained
