Hours : 40 hours per week

Contract : 3-month fixed term (potential to go permanent)

Salary : £28, base + £12, OTE (£1, / month commission)

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be an ambassador for our brand - driving membership growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the high standards of Reformer Collective.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion Manage and convert inbound leads, trials, and enquiries into active memberships. Conduct engaging consultations, tours, and follow-ups to maximise conversion. Proactively generate new business through local partnerships, events, and referrals. Collaborate with the Head of Membership to deliver pricing, campaigns, and promotions aligned with quarterly targets. Client Experience & Retention Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for all prospects and members. Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals. Partner with the operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and service excellence. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and member records within the CRM (ie, Mariana Tek and Contrast). Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports for review with the Head of Membership. Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify performance trends and areas for improvement. Brand & Event Support Represent Reformer Collective at in-studio events, local activations, and corporate partnerships. Support brand visibility initiatives designed to drive community engagement and membership growth.
