Job description

Our client is an independent regeneration and development specialist, renowned for delivering exciting and bespoke new build and refurbishment schemes. They are now seeking an experienced and talented Sales Consultant to join their team on a prestigious new development in North Somerset.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales journey from initial enquiry to successful completion. You will play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of this exciting new development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and convert sales enquiries into reservations and completions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Present the development and individual homes in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with purchasers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in new home sales (essential).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
