We’re looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at our brand-new luxury retirement village in West Byfleet - a stunning development featuring 190 beautifully designed homes within a vibrant, sustainable community.

With first occupations beginning just before Christmas, this is an exciting time to come on board as the village truly comes to life. This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing and progressing our people.

What You’ll Do
  • Take full ownership of sales activity for the development - from lead management to completion.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care, acting as the single point of contact for all prospects.
  • Convert enquiries into qualified viewings, reservations, and completions, consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Confidently present the lifestyle, amenities, and benefits of the development - both off-plan and in-person as residents begin to move in.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, helping them make positive choices about their next chapter.
  • Collaborate with the Village Manager and wider team to ensure smooth handovers and an exceptional move-in experience.
  • Support marketing events, open days, and local networking to raise awareness and drive interest.
  • Uphold RVG’s values, promoting a culture of community, care, and excellence.
About You

You’re an engaging and empathetic salesperson with a genuine passion for helping people make life-changing decisions. You combine commercial drive with warmth and understanding - and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

You’ll bring :
  • Proven experience in new homes, estate agency, or retirement living sales (ideally including off-plan experience)
  • A consistent record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent negotiation and closing ability
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required
  • A full UK driving licence
