Job description

We’re looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to launch off‑plan sales for our brand‑new luxury retirement village in West Malling – a development featuring 140 beautifully designed homes set within a vibrant, sustainable community.

You’ll play a key role in bringing this exceptional new community to life, guiding potential residents and their families from first enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless, personal and inspiring customer experience every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
  • Take full ownership of sales activity for the development – from lead management to completion.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care, acting as the single point of contact for all prospects.
  • Convert enquiries into qualified viewings, reservations, and completions, consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Confidently present the lifestyle, amenities, and benefits of the development both off‑plan and in‑person.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, helping them make positive choices about their next chapter.
  • Collaborate with the Village Manager and wider team to ensure smooth handovers and an exceptional move‑in experience.
  • Support marketing events, open days, and local networking to raise awareness and drive interest.
  • Uphold RVGs values, promoting a culture of community, care, and excellence.
About You

You’re an engaging and empathetic salesperson with a genuine passion for helping people make life‑changing decisions. You combine commercial drive with warmth and understanding – and thrive in a customer‑focused environment.

You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in new homes, estate agency, or retirement living sales, ideally off‑plan
  • A consistent record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A proactive, organised, and self‑motivated approach
  • Excellent negotiation and closing ability
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required
  • A full UK driving licence
