A leading affordable housing developer in the UK is looking for a Sales Consultant to generate prospects and facilitate the sales process for new homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in New Homes sales and be proficient in managing customer relationships throughout the buying process. The main elements to this role are to work with the Marketing team to generate new prospects, visitors and reservations. To progress reservations to exchange and legal completion, in accordance with the required timescales. To ensure high levels of presentation, brand promotion and customer service to create a positive experience throughout the customer journey. This role is part of Orbit Homes where you'll help us to build 5,700 new affordable homes by 2030 in a sustainable way.
