We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Within the UK Career team, Mercer’s Reward & Talent (R&T) practice provides clients with strategic consulting, productised solutions, and a comprehensive suite of products—including surveys, software, and tools—that enable HR professionals to deliver exceptional service to their organisations. To support our growth ambitions, we are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to manage and expand existing client relationships, as well as to develop new business opportunities through the sale of our products and productised solutions. Our offerings span global markets and industries, providing clients with robust, relevant data to effectively manage their workforce.
As a core member of the team, you’ll promote Mercer’s suite of career products, including remuneration data on salaries and benefits, global mobility solutions, and data-driven publications.
