Technical Manager

As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the management and coordination of the external consultant team through all stages of project procurement – Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoption. You will actively support the Project team in delivering high‑quality print solutions.

Independent Sales Consultant – Managed Document Solutions

Be an independent sales consultant selling state‑of‑the‑art printers, copiers, and managed document solutions.

• Earn a 75% profit share on equipment sales.
• Receive lifetime residuals on service agreements.
• Build and nurture a client portfolio across the UK.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Sales Consultant – Castle Fine Art

Sell exceptional fine‑art work created by renowned artists such as Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Boy George and Johnny Depp. You will enjoy unlimited earning potential through commission and performance bonuses.

• Drive sales of gallery events, exhibitions and new releases.
• Proactively develop existing client relationships and build new ones through gallery walk‑ins and database outreach.
• Meet and exceed sales targets using 1‑to‑1 sales experience.
• Communicate effectively in person and via phone.

Compensation: £25,000 per annum plus uncapped commission & sales bonus structure (OTE £40,000+). Additional benefits include staff discounts, financial and mental wellbeing platform, pension scheme enrolment and 28 days holiday plus an extra day per year of service (up to 33 days).
