Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Perth is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Mercedes/BYD team. The role is heavily sales focused, emphasizing excellent customer service and relationship-building from first contact through aftersales.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Deliver 5-star service and go the extra mile for every visitor.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through the sales process.
• Sell finance and servicing packages with integrity.
• Coordinate order and delivery of vehicles and keep operations smooth.
• Meet monthly sales and customer experience targets.
• Work with the team to ensure deadlines are met and promises kept.
• Stay in touch with customers to provide aftersales support.

We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Mercedes/BYD branch in Perth.

What’s the job?

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. Be sure though, this isn’t any kind of sales job.

As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you’ll be with our customers every step of the way – from the moment they walk through the door right through to offering them a great aftersales experience. This role is all about helping our customers find the right car based on what they need and building up strong, positive relationships with them through every step of the process.
