Key Duties
  • Greeting and welcoming customers when entering the store.
  • Provide exceptional assistance, promptly addressing customer queries & ensuring their needs are met
  • General shop floor responsibilities such as restocking and keeping the shop tidy.
  • Working in the back areas when required to help put away deliveries & to keep the stockroom clean and organised.
  • Talking to customers on the phone and answering any queries they may have.
  • Operating the till and handling money.
