Job summary

betterhomes is seeking proactive sales professionals to join its Dubai-based real estate team. You will call landlords and sellers daily, photograph properties, and craft compelling listings for property portals while networking with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants.

Expect an uncapped commission structure (up to 65%), monthly rewards, and overseas trips with full relocation support, including visa and medical insurance.

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
