Job description
The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultant in Gatwick Airport. This is a full‑time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalised selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, a confident and positive, can‑do attitude, high personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury are essential. You must be able to work well in a team, have the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI’s and be flexible in your working arrangements to suit business requirements.
