Otis is growing and we are recruiting to cover London Territory! The main goal is growing the renovation / modernization business and securing a second service life for customer and Otis.

On a typical day you will :
  • Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation.
  • Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions
  • Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products
  • Close deals independently
  • Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log
  • Plan and forecast orders on annual quarterly and monthly base
  • Collaborate with sales support and delivery team
  • Work in cross functional teams for complex bids / RFQ’s
  • Be a role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team
  • Focus on targeting growth from both on and off portfolio customers
