bensons for beds in Bishopbriggs is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right sleep products, using product knowledge and listening skills.

You will earn a base salary, on-target earnings and an uncapped commission, plus a monthly store bonus when targets are met. Training and support are provided in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong team ethic.

As a Sales Consultant at bensons for beds, you’ll be at the heart of our store, helping customers find the right products for a better night’s sleep. From mattresses and beds to all the finishing touches, you’ll use your natural ability to listen, understand what customers need and recommend the right products for them.

And when you make great sales, there’s no limit to what you can earn. Alongside your base salary and OTE, you’ll have access to our uncapped commission scheme, plus the opportunity to earn a monthly store bonus when your store hits its target.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll spend your days getting to know customers, understanding what they’re looking for and using your product knowledge to help them make the right choice.

You’ll:
