A leading property development company in Birmingham is looking for a Sales Consultant to help customers identify and purchase new homes. The role involves maintaining sales targets, delivering world-class customer service, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Candidates should have experience in the property industry, strong interpersonal skills, and competency in Microsoft Office. In this role, you will provide value to the business and insight on sustainability issues for St Joseph division, with a focus on ensuring the division meets Berkeley Group Sustainability Strategy and Standards. Key to this role is the ability to liaise with different teams across the business including Construction, Technical and Land and Planning teams. This will include setting out approaches to meet the divisional and group targets; helping to deliver work streams; and monitoring, reporting and communicating local performance.
Due to the multi-phase nature of St Joseph divisional projects means that there will be opportunity to get involved in strategic sustainability initiatives and delivery of sustainability related targets under Our Vision 2030 as well as overseeing the day to day environmental issues.
This role is located in the heart of Birmingham’s Learning Quarter. Glasswater Locks is a historic glassworks, revitalised for contemporary living. This distinctive canalside setting with retail and commercial space offers residents’ amenities include 24 hr concierge, cinema, games room & gym.

The standard default full‑time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
