Are you a confident, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for property and new homes?

Our client, a highly respected and award-winning housebuilder, is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity for you to represent a premium developer known for quality, design, and customer satisfaction.

You will be the face of the brand on-site, guiding customers through every step of their home-buying journey — from first enquiry to handing over the keys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and a professional sales experience.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Building rapport and trust with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable homes.
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of enquiries, reservations, and sales progress.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and site sales targets.
About You – The ideal candidate will bring
  • Previous experience in new home sales or housebuilder sales environments (essential).
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, customer-first approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off in lieu).
