What you´ll do
- Become a team member of the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor‑made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
- Support our Sales and Channel Excellence team within the industrials division of the Henkel Adhesive Technologies team
- Collaborate with our Sales and Channel Excellence team in all focus areas and gain detailed insights into the exciting world of our B2B‑business with large clients, e.g. in the aerospace, telecommunication and medical sector.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global strategic projects with the main focus to become more customer centric and optimise the performance of our sales teams.
- Provide detailed insights and proposals for improvement based on deep dive assessments of data across core topics such as Customer Sampling, Technical Enquiries, Sales Visits and Opportunity Pipelines.
- Steer your own project within one of our team’s focus areas and drive change throughout our global organisation.
- Process obtained data into useful information and convincing arguments and help to prepare articulate and accurate presentations for our leadership team and sales teams globally.
- Work within our team to develop Data Dashboards to aid our Sales and Management Teams interpret data clearly.
What makes you a good fit
- You should be graduated before September 2026 and no more than two years prior. with a degree from Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Marketing or any related field.
- Strong interest in Sales, Channel and Marketing in the field of B2B.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel and BI* (*BI is ideal but not essential as long as you are willing to learn!)
- Self‑motivated and creative team‑player with a high level of independence and an open‑minded personality.
- You will need to be a clear communicator, accurate, organised, detail focused and flexible.
