We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SDR / Sales & Business Development Volunteer to support outreach, client development, and follow-up efforts across 4WARD’s core business models: a) consulting & advisory services and b) referral marketing & affiliate offers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience in sales development, CRM management, client outreach, and business development strategy while building a global network in climate and sustainability. Volunteers will spend 5–8+ hours per week on outreach, lead generation, and follow-up with prospective clients and partners. This position is unpaid but highly valuable for career growth and networking.

Volunteer Goals 💪

  • Lead Outreach & Engagement 📢 Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and affiliates aligned with 4WARD’s mission.
  • Sales Follow‑Up 📩 Maintain consistent and professional communication with existing leads and prospects to move conversations forward.
  • CRM Management (Hubspot) 📊 Gain hands‑on experience using Hubspot for pipeline tracking, lead nurturing, and sales process optimization.
  • Affiliate & Referral Offers 👥 Support promotion and partnership development for affiliate tools, services, and solutions relevant to the climate ecosystem.
  • Market Research 📊 Help identify new opportunities, sectors, and companies for collaboration, consulting, and business development.
  • Reporting & Metrics 🔢 Track outreach activity, engagement metrics, and pipeline progress while learning sales reporting best practices.
