About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and elevating our Gold Standard Sales Process. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and working closely with our engineering and drafting teams to deliver high‑value solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, representing Bend‑tech with professionalism, curiosity, and a solutions‑focused mindset. Your ability to understand customer challenges, translate them into actionable opportunities, and support the delivery of exceptional outcomes will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Bend‑tech’s Gold Standard Sales Process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across multiple industries
  • Identify business opportunities and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Work closely with engineers, draftsmen, and project teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful project delivery
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare proposals, and provide accurate sales forecasting
Selection Criteria
  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Account Management, or technical sales
  • Comfortable with presenting, public speaking, and leading customer conversations
  • Experience working with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate solutions clearly
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills
