Responsibilities
  • Bring deep knowledge of technology trends and AI capabilities to drive campaigns and programs that result in maximum growth by evolving a scalable, programmatic sales approach across EMEA leveraging AI-driven insights and automation
  • Collaborate closely with Cisco's architecture teams, GVSE teams, and multiple regional stakeholders across sales, marketing, business units, legal, and finance to ensure successful execution of the programmatic sales approach.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools such as Next Best Actions (NBA), Beyond Ready, and Gong to enhance territory planning, customer engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Champion a culture of innovation by integrating AI and automation into sales processes to reduce bias, increase consistency, and improve sales cycle efficiency.
  • Support sales leadership in tracking and improving key metrics and performance through programmatic sales dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement, goal attainment, and growth of market share.
Who You'll Work With
  • A dynamic EMEA Global Virtual Sales team focused on driving sales success through field sales, virtual sales, partners, and marketing organizations.
  • Represent EMEA GVSE in architecture teams to bring actionable insights based on close collaboration.
  • Cross-functional teams including sales leadership, partners, marketing, and business units to develop high-value market propositions and drive customer engagement.
  • Close collaboration with the Global SP&O, Sales Acceleration, and GVE teams.
  • Global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of AI-assisted sales strategies and technology adoption.

Accomplished senior sales and business development leader with over 10 years of experience in Mid-Market (MM) and Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales, recognized for driving innovation and transforming traditional business models.

Strategic thinker skilled in designing and executing forward-looking business plans that integrate AI, emerging technologies, and market trends to create competitive advantage.
