We are working with a market‑leading electrical wholesaler, known for giving its Branch Managers genuine autonomy to run and grow their branches. This Swansea branch has a strong and stable customer base, consistently delivering over £2m in annual revenue and regularly achieving budget. The business now seeks a commercially minded Branch Manager to continue that success and drive the next phase of growth.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, culture, and commercial direction of the branch. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and your internal team to ensure high service standards and achieve strong trading results.
