Job summary

Under Armour is hiring a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom for a flexible, part-time role. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp.

You will help customers select the right products, stock merchandise, manage POS, and support omni-channel requests. The role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced days, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 16+ years old (or 18+ in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology such as computers and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share product knowledge and help customers make optimal choices.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payment processes.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the Rewards program and customer loyalty.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
