  • Manage product delivery to hospitals through consignment or loan service and optimise channels to meet customer needs.
  • Provide customer service to an existing customer base within the theatre and clinical environment, responding promptly to requests and building relationships with key personnel.
  • Ensure that provision of appropriate medical care for the patient is of paramount importance, recommending only suitable products.
  • Work closely with other sales team members, the Business Unit Manager and the region to ensure customer service levels are best‑in‑class. Attend surgeon training meetings and educational conferences.
  • Demonstrate outstanding ethics at all times and treat customers and employees with respect, representing Stryker positively.
  • Conduct trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environments as required.
  • Observe customer needs, liaise with sales colleagues to follow up and introduce new or additional Stryker products and/ or support.
  • Record customer details and maintain a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly and monthly objectives. Develop skills to prioritise time and resources to grow business.
Job Requirements
  • Commercial acumen and an interest or experience dealing with customers would be beneficial.
  • Computer skills, MS Office proficiency.
  • Presentation skills with modern presentation media.
  • Workshop/demonstration/training skills.
  • Interest in anatomy and physiology.
  • A background demonstrating the ability to engage with others, influence, motivate and work hard.
  • Prior sales or business experience is advantageous but not essential.
