Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing hospital accounts through strategic planning and relationship building.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Coordinate and support product trials and clinical evaluations within hospital environments.
  • Collect and document clinical feedback to support ongoing product improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide responsive, solution-focused customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Plan and manage territory schedules efficiently, optimising time, travel, and customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) in line with company reporting standards.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitor landscape.
