Job summary

VF Corporation's Vans brand is seeking a Sales Associate for a fixed-term, part-time role at the Cannock store in West Midlands. The position covers approx. 5 hours per week with weekend/evening flexibility, contributing to guest service, product knowledge, and in-store merchandising.

You will follow brand guidelines, stay current with trends, and support store operations. Prior retail experience is welcome but not essential; most importantly, you should bring a positive, customer-focused

How you’ll make a difference

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
• Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store
• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market
• Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
