The Role

We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to build a career in sales and business development. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to support business development activities, learn our products and markets, and develop the skills needed to grow into a successful sales professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Director and broader sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach activities.
  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
  • Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and value propositions to communicate effectively with prospective customers.
  • Participate in sales planning sessions and contribute ideas to help improve processes and performance.
  • Track and update sales activity, ensuring CRM systems are current and accurate.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to strengthen sales and communication skills.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer‑first mindset.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
