Clarks Outlet in Exeter seeks a Sales Team Member to deliver excellent customer service and drive in-store sales while representing the Clarks brand.

You will help customers with shoe and accessory selections, stay updated on product knowledge, and maintain pristine store standards both front and back of house. A 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, is required.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We're looking for someone who will:
