Job summary

La Senza in the United Kingdom is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share fashion knowledge, and create memorable shopping experiences. You’ll join a high-energy team, learn quickly, connect with customers, and have fun delivering excellent service.

This role centers on product expertise, store presentation, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that are effortless, inspiring, and memorable.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and the La Senza selling model to achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Drive personal sales performance and contribute to store success through confident customer engagement.
• Demonstrate teamwork across all zones to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey.
• Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and team-driven atmosphere that celebrates success and collaboration.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and register transactions (as assigned).
• Maintain visual presentation standards by keeping displays full, organized, and aligned with the brand guide.
• Replenish merchandise efficiently to ensure all sizes, colors, and styles are represented on the sales floor.
• Assist with merchandise preparation, including accurate ticketing, markdowns, markups, and promotional pricing.
• Uphold brand standards through proper handling of product transfers, damages, and compliance items.
• Maintain awareness of product availability and customer requests, sharing feedback with store leadership to improve assortment and service.
• Support loss-prevention initiatives by promoting a culture of honesty and connecting strong customer service with shrink reduction.
• Support Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Take pride in the store’s appearance by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
• Lead with professionalism, positivity, and pride in representing the La Senza brand.
