A luxury design house in London is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and sell luxury products. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role and a passion for the luxury market. This part-time position offers a commission structure, pension scheme, and other benefits.
This position is based in our store located at The Royal Exchange, London, which is open Monday to Friday and reports to our City Manager. This role is site-based, temporary part-time for 24 hours, worked over 3 days per week.
The position as Sales Associate includes working closely with customers to determine needs, answer questions about our products, the design and the designer, and recommend the right product for the customer. The role also includes the responsibility to resolve customer complaints and any issues raised by our customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction. You will report to the Store Manager in the store.
Do you have experience selling luxury goods to high-end customers and delivering unrivalled customer service? Minimum two years' experience from a similar position.
