CLARK'S is seeking a reliable Sales Team Member to provide an exceptional consumer experience in-store and help meet set KPIs. You will confidently sell shoes and accessories, maintain high retail standards both front and back of house, and support in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPI expectations.
• Strong product knowledge and up-to-date brand training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use available technology to enhance the customer journey.
• Contribute to achieving store KPIs by driving sales toward targets.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards and merchandising.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash handling and stock procedures to company standards.
• Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment as required.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
